Viewing a List of Wires Pending Approval
How do I get here?
The Wires Pending Approval page opens after you log into Mobile Banking for Business. For details, see Logging into Mobile Banking for Business. You may also be required to authenticate with SecurID. For details, see Authenticating with a SecurID Token.
What can I do here?
Use this page to view all wire payments pending approval that you are authorized to approve. You can also view additional information about a wire payment and approve all pending wire payments.
What information is displayed?
The following information is displayed for each wire payment pending approval:
- Beneficiary name (in bold), which is the name of the wire recipient.
- The amount of the wire payment.
- Value date, which is the date the wire payment will be available to the beneficiary. For more information, see Date Formats.
- The number of the account sending this wire payment.
- Wire type, which is one of the following:
- New
- Amend
- Cancel. Available only for the Wire Payment (Canada) service.
The list of pending wire payments is displayed first by the value date in ascending order, and then by the amount in descending order.
What do the buttons do?
- To view more information about a wire payment, click beside it. For details, see Viewing Wire-Payment Details.
- To approve all pending wire payments, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Approve All. After approval, the Wire Approval Confirmation page opens. For details, see Confirming Wire Approvals.
- To access the Help Table of Contents and Index, click Home.
- To return to Mobile Banking for Business, click Back.
