What's my passcode?

The User Authentication screen allows you to establish your identity though the use of a SecurID device. You will need to use your SecurID device each time you logon to Online Banking for Business.

Here are some quick links to learn more about how to use your SecurID:

• Key Fob Users (Hardware SecurID)
  Enter your 6 to 8 character alphanumeric PIN and the 6-digit Tokencode from your SecurID device (12 characters in total) in the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK to proceed.
• Soft Token Users (Software SecurID)
  Open your soft token and enter your 6 to 8 digit PIN into the soft token and click enter (for Blackberry and iPhone soft token users) or the arrow button (for PC/Desktop soft token users).

  Once your passcode displays on your soft token, enter it in the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK to proceed.
• New SecurID users
  	Key Fob Users (Hardware SecurID)	Soft Token Users (Software SecurID)
  PIN (Personal Identification Number)	Your personally created 6 to 8 character alpha-numeric code Please note: Your PIN must be exactly 6 to 8 characters.	Your personally created 6 to 8 digit code. (Please ensure that the first digit is not 0). Please note: Your PIN must be exactly 6 to 8 numbers.
  Passcode	Your PIN + Tokencode that appears on your SecurID (12 to 14 characters in total) If you don't have a PIN registered yet, refer to the Registering a new PIN section below.	The 8 digits that appear on your soft token after you enter your PIN (changes every 60 seconds). If you don't have a PIN registered yet, refer to the Registering a new PIN section below.
  Tokencode (Changes every 60 seconds)	The 6 digits that appear on your SecurID device	The 8 digits that appear on your soft token if you do not have a PIN registered.

Registering a New PIN

The first time you use your SecurID device, you will need to create and register a PIN (Personal Identification Number).

• Key Fob Users (Hardware SecurID)
  Follow these steps to create and register your PIN:

  1. Enter the 6-digit Tokencode in the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK.
  2. The following fields will appear after you enter the 6-digit Tokencode:
     1. Enter new PIN: Enter your personally created 6 to 8 character alpha-numeric PIN.
     2. Confirm new PIN: Re-enter your PIN.
  3. After you create your PIN, Online Banking for Business will return you to the SecurID authentication page and prompt you for a new Passcode.
  4. Enter your newly created PIN and the 6-digit Tokencode from your SecurID device (12 to 14 characters) in the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK to proceed.
• Soft Token Users (Software SecurID)
  PC/Desktop soft token user:

  1. Bring up your soft token from Start > Programs > RSA SecurID Token on your PC/Desktop.
  2. You will see a prompt to Enter PIN. Click the right arrow button.
  3. A tokencode will be displayed. Click the Copy button, return to Online Banking for Business and paste this number in the Passcode field and click OK.
  4. You will see three fields that you need to complete in order to register your new pin:
     1. Enter New PIN: Enter your personally created 6 to 8 digit PIN.
     2. Confirm New PIN: Re-enter your PIN.
     3. After you create your PIN, Online Banking for Business will return you to the SecurID authentication page and prompt you for a new passcode.
     4. Return to your soft token and wait for the tokencode to Change. After the tokencode changes, click Re-Enter PIN to open the Enter PIN screen.
     5. Enter your newly created 6 to 8 digit PIN and click the right arrow button.
     6. A passcode is displayed. Click the Copy button and return to Online Banking for Business to paste this number into the Passcode field, and click OK.

  Blackberry or iPhone soft token user:

  1. Navigate on your blackberry and click on RSA Application icon.
  2. An Enter PIN prompt will appear. For the first time, enter 0000 and click the Enter key.
  3. It will generate a Passcode. Enter this Passcode into the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK.
  4. In Online Banking for Business, you will see three fields you need to complete in order to register your new pin:
     1. Enter new PIN: Enter your personally created 6 to 8 digit PIN (Please ensure that the first digit is not 0).
     2. Confirm new PIN: Re-enter your PIN.
  5. After you create your PIN, Online Banking for Business will return you to the SecurID authentication page and prompt you for a new Passcode.
  6. Return to your handheld screen, navigate to the Re-enter PIN screen and enter your newly created PIN.
  7. A new Passcode will be displayed on your handheld device. Enter this number in the Passcode field in Online Banking for Business and click OK.
